The world is a different place now, covered with debris, scarce of food, but mainly less in population. It's 2028 and it has been three years since the World War Three has ended. There's no organization, no government working to fix the destroyed world, there's no norm. 

The remains of life are scarred with diseases, diseases that are untreatable. Everyone that exists have psychological issues. No one is deemed normal and for the most part it's the truth....
