Mason and Donovan had one thing in common, and that was basketball. They were both starters on the team, but they weren't the best. Still, they loved it. 

Unfortunately, little did they know at the time, something tragic happened when they were born. A new machine that was supposedly invented to help kids during birth goes horribly wrong, and a hidden government organization takes advantage of it. They began to kidnap children and perform experiments on them, using the new powers in an evil way.
