When Android 17 made the wish to restore the Erased Universes, he hadn't planned for that wish to extend to Universes that Zeno had erased years before. Now, 10000 years after the Tournament of Power, the story begins with a young Saiyan in Universe 13. With an past unknown to even him, the Saiyan will find himself in a Universe ruled by fear and intimidation. It will be his choice to either save the Universe or have a hand in its suffering.
