Marzi felt like her mom was betraying her father, I mean he died to save her and now she is going and sleeping around with his childhood best friend.
She couldnt even look at her mother, she was disgusted and hurt. Marzi began rebelling which lead into her getting addicted to drugs and almost dying so her mom sends her to a stupid rehab center where she struggles with finding herself and maybe someone special.
