She was sick. 

Blood filled her lungs, expelled by hacking, painful coughs. She wore a black mask to hide the blood, but the best mask of all was the faux smile in her eyes. 

There was no point in advancing through the ranks, living and breathing in a world she would leave so soon. But god damn it, she would leave kicking and screaming. Ken Mitarashi wouldn't go down without a fight. 

And with each passing day, she gains a new friend, a new comrade, a new person she'll leave behind. 

She lives everyday like her last, because it might as well be.

"Sasuke, I don't think now's a good ti-"

"Why couldn't you have just stayed in the village and lived a peaceful life? Why did you have to become a shinobi, when it's fucking killing you?!"

When she comes back to the village the wolf found her by, she goes to the academy and gets put on team 7. When she meets Kakashi Hatake, he has a feeling she is his missing child. Follow her on her journey with team 7 and Kakashi. How will she change the people around her and how will she survive with a load mouth, a pink blob as a bully, an emo she keeps getting closer and closer to, and people who are trying capture her? Her and her mother lives under a bridge with several different homeless people that makes a small little community. There are some few kind people who live in the same area but the rest is bitter and grim. It has always been life or death, starving and having no food to eat or no water to drink. There has been times were when it's snowing the only thing she had was just a thin long baggy shirt to protect her from the cold. Every night after a long day of trying to find supplies to life out in the forest or small villages were she would steal things she would come home to a raggedy old tend and try to take care of her dying mother. After years and years of this live style she has grown numb to emotional and mental pain and has a high tolerance for physical pain. But soon her efforts of keeping her mother alive fails. As her mother was on her last dying breathe she simply handed her an old notebook she had have for years. It was her dairy and it held all the information about her father and about her. But her mother put a jutsu on the book were s he was only able to turn to the next page once she completes the task her mother gave to her. First Task: Go to her birth place.
