Now for people who didn't see the original one. Izuku Midoriya, A seemingly 'quirkless' boy born in a world where roughly 80% of the global population was born with a Super Power known as a 'Quirk'. He was bullied and ridiculed for his lack of a Quirk and dream to become a Hero; However one day after walking off during Recess in 1st Grade he realizes he may not have a quirk, but he surely makes up for it as he isn't human. In a world full of quirks Izuku Midoriya is part of the 2 percent that don't have quirks, after being constantly bullied by his childhood " friend" Midoriya is pushed to prove he can be a hero. After following All Might Midoriya is caught in an accident that changes his life forever. However despite the setback Midoriya still persist to prove he can be a hero. But 20% of the world didn't have those kind of powers, they are normal and don't have any quirk to call their own. Not only do people have powers, but also they are mystic creatures called dragons living among them everyone.
