Bata pa lamang ako, lagi ko nang iniisip kung ano ang mangyayari sa sarili kong kasal. Alam kong gawain ito ng mga babae pero nagkakamali kayo. Iniisip din naming mga lalaki kung paano idadaos ang isa sa "most awaited event" sa buhay ng isang tao. Gaya na lang ng kung ano ba ang magandang kulay ng tuxedo o kung anong klaseng kasal ang gusto namin ng mapapangasawa ko. Church wedding? Beach? Garden? Sige lang, kahit ano. Basta ba ikakasal ako sa taong mahal ko. Minsan naman, iniisip ko din kung ano ang pakiramdam nang nakatayo ka sa unahan habang pinapanood ang bride mong naglalakad palapit sa'yo kasabay ng napili niyong wedding song. Kung totoo ba ang mga ipinapalabas sa telebisyon na mapapaiyak ka talaga sa oras na 'yon. 

Balang araw, matutupad din ang lahat ng ito. Sa tamang panahon ng Diyos, magtatagpo din kami ng babaeng itinakda Niya para sa akin at nangako ako sa aking sarili na mamahalin ko siya't aalagaan hanggang sa huling hininga ko. Even when she tried to develop herself, by venturing into a business, he tried all he could to wash it down the drain. She was torn between staying in the marriage and running away when she lost a pregnancy due to his battering. She wanted to leave because she was scared and she was scared of leaving because of what people would say about a woman leaving her matrimonial home. At this point in her life and for the first time, she was going to make a decision for herself without caring so much about what people would say about her.
