Only one will survive to fulfill his destiny- he must unite the two lands, the two kinds, the two species. Which means having to bow down to a certain nonhuman empress; Lyra- daughter of Empress Elvira The Usher of Prosperity and Rakhalo the Ruthless, a barbaric ruler. She is beautiful and powerful and haughty, but inexplicably drawn to the human.
However, he doesn't necessarily feel the same way about her.
Moon goddess is NOT pleased.
(This book will feature all sorts of folklore/mythology from around the world, not just Greek, but Egyptian, Mexican, Nepali, Pakistani etc and also popular myths and urban legends as well.

(I'm a massive fan of the monster hunting genre.) Written from Sep 2011 until April 2014. This was the very first adult romance I'd written and has a plethora of problems. Despite this, I won't do further editing as I'm putting my efforts into a full re-write. Author's note - Please be mindful of what you're saying when commenting. I'm happy with helpful criticism, spelling/grammar pointers, questions or simple chatter. However, a tirade of needless, unhelpful complaints and just outright rude commentary is not welcome. With how easy they lost their minds after losing their erasthasis, it was best they didn't have one. No one wanted a powerful lycan to go wild and wipe out an entire population, just because their soulmate died. It indeed was why they didn't get one too often. In fact, one could stay for a thousand years and not hear of a lycan finding a mate. They usually just fall in love and get married or get married without love. The king was the strongest like I read. If him losing his mate would turn him against the entire population of living creatures, then maybe it is my duty to protect her.
