Fraxinus... A special Organization made by the Goverment to solve every complicated cases that even police can't solved it, they also have a duty to catch every Dangerous criminal in the whole world

Heiwajima Shizuo, member of Fraxinus and one of the strongest member, he have a strong sense for justice and hates violence.

One day, he accidentaly meet with a mysterious boy... Soon, he attached to the boy and start caring him...

But, what will happen when Shizuo find out that the boy was the strongest Assassin in the world with a nickname 'Shinigami'?

And what will happen if the boy have a mission to kill him? Shizuo decide to ask the boy whenever it's true or not.

But then, the next time he meet with the boy, the boy was dying in the alleyway.

What will happen next? Will Shizuo take care of him? Or will he just let the boy dying?
