Emmaline Stark is the daughter of the infamous billionaire, Tony Stark.
After living away from his superhero life, forbidden to ever be involved in such a dangerous place, things change ever so suddenly on her 19th birthday.
After a big fight with her father, she makes him agree to let her help the Avengers, but with three ground rules.
• Excessive training so she will always be prepared
• No missions until she is qualified by him
• No romantic involvements with any members of the team
She of course agreed on everything, finding silly that he would even think she would want an avenger, since everybody was so nuch older than her, except for Peter of course, but he is her best friend, so he doesn't count.
After moving in the Avengers tower, her life changes. But nothing really big is assigned to her for the first 4 months.
Until Steve Rogers talks about recruiting an old friend of his.
Bucky Barnes is an ex-assasin, mind controlled by HYDRA for years and finally saved by the avengers , who thought they put an end to his misery.
Nightmares and paranoia, won't even let him step out of the house which makes him exist more as an entity than a person.
When his good friend from the past offers him a job for the avengers, he never thinks he will take it. Until he realises work may be the only thing he truly needs to get back to his old life, if that is even possible.
When they meet they both come to the conclusion that they will never get along.
Unless one of them let's their guard down first.
