Phina lives a relatively ordinary life. At 19, she still lives with her parents, has a part time job at MacDonald's and is just trying to figure out where she fits in in the world.

So then, when she is caught up in a tradition that is centuries old, darkened and twisted and covered in blood, she is surprised to say the least.

In a world where fae exist, with magic and strange ways of both life and death, Phina cannot be sure of what is real anymore.

All she knows is that she has to survive.
