Living in a world surround by fitnah, Reem is trying to live her life to the best she can. Trying to go past her life, distancing herself from what is wrong and sinful as best as she can, finding the purpose of her life, of her creation, along the way.

وَمَكَرُوا وَمَكَرَ اللَّهُ ۖ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ - 3:54

And she planned, and Allah planned, and indeed Allah is the best of planners. So when her life takes a huge turn, and in comes a whole lot of boys, two Muslim girls she befriends, and a lot of people intending to steer her away from the straight path, she struggles to stay on the straight path she's been so sternly following her whole life. Other incidents, involving the death of her loved ones , push Reem's limits, and she tries her very best to trust her Lord's plan for her, sticking to her daily prayers and having patience,

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ - 2:153
O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.
