It had been a rough case. Spencer had just gotten back from the hospital after being attacked by an unsub. Derek was his on call to take him home. When Derek goes to pick him up he doesn't expect what he sees...

Derek walked into the hospital room. Spencer is laying in bed a stuffed animal curled into his chest and his thumb in his mouth, like a little kid. He was wearing a collar around his neck. Slowly Derek pieced this all together in his head and walked over gently. He gently wakes Spencer.

"Spence, pretty boy, time to go home," Derek said. Spencer wakes up and realized what all Derek can see and shuts uptight not saying a word the whole drive there and now it's going into their work.

What will Derek do?
