3th Year for Draco Malfoy Voldermort rose but, the process didn't go as planned. Instead the remnant of soul still in the Diary of Tom Riddle with Lucius Malfoy once more rises instead and the deformed Voldermort dies right before Potter's eyes and escape leaving the Death Eaters in chaos and Potter believing Voldermort is dead along with Dumbledore.
