Natsu's prone to injuries, and the ER nurse at the hospital recognizes him on sight. But when an accident that isn't Natsu's fault leaves him seriously injured, Sting, Rogue and Gray's world is turned upside down. Gray's not coping well with his trauma, and while Sting and Rogue try their best to take care of him, another complication pops up in the form of Natsu's parents. While the others' parents are supportive, Natsu's parents don't approve of his relationship, and the tension between them all starts to make everything worse.

**This takes place in the 'i'm with them' universe, but it's separate since it's a multichapter story**

A few months into Gray and Natsu's relationship, Gray starts to feel like choosing Natsu was a mistake. So, he dumps him and goes to Juvia. Devastated because Natsu had really liked Gray, he decides to pay a visit to his brother, Zeref. However, nobody said it was going to be an easy ride. Zeref's wise words to Natsu were to move on and so Natsu did. He went to the only open option and started to date Lisanna. They soon begin to question their feelings for each other and are faced with the question. Could they be more than friends? The setup is sad but should lighten up as the story progresses.
