Piper and a few of her friends are stuck on their college campus for fall break. Bored and a little drunk, they decide to go hang out at Richardson Hall, the most haunted building on campus, in the middle of the night. A ghost there attaches itself to Piper and its motives aren't entirely good.

A group of college friends decides to visit a long-abandoned building on the outskirts of town called Hollow Hall, rumored to have been the site of gruesome murders in the 1960s. Legends say it's cursed, with spirits of the victims trapped inside. Despite their reservations, they are lured in by the promise of adventure and urban exploration.
