Two years ago, she left.
Two years ago, she arrived.
Two years ago, his life changed.

A note, a single piece of paper, that can mean so much it can drastically change the way one sees the world for eternity.. A note that can say so much or nothing at all. From farewell in a birthday card or a love letter on the back of a yearbook, a single note can change life.

Matthew Lancaster never expected too much of himself. From a young age, he always looked up to his best friend, Aurora, and waited to see all the wonders she would do, the way she would change the world in the same way that she changed him. When she suddenly disappeared from his life, he felt that she'd taken all that wonder with her. And then, he met Amelia.

Aurora Addington always knew what she wanted. Ever since she was a child, she's known exactly what she could do, but her timid ways never allowed her to truly speak out for herself, even though her best friend encouraged her at all times.

Amelia Westbrook often felt like the black sheep of her family. The pressure her parents layed on her as a child reflected poorly on her future decisions, and caused her to feel like a big disappointment for not fulfilling their expectations.

There is a fine line between friendship, love, and hate.
