In the world of Gerra the Deep is a great forest ruled by the Oalrie and inhabited by creatures of the shadows. Mox and her horses, Delta and Roji, are leading Jamie, Tai, and Ferra, three young travlers, through the forest who wish to find a new life on the other side. Along the long journey they meet and battle the shadow creatures, know as the Kara, and help the forest keep it's wild nature.
