Steven and Connie were always close.
They're best friends and, of course, best friends make promises.
....Best friends shouldn't break those promises....
And best friends shouldn't lie.
Broken promises lead to broken friendships...
But when Connie is taken captive and their friendship is put under the ultimate test, it will change forever.

Steven Universe: The Movie, Steven Universe x Fem!reader (UNDER REVISION)
𝗔 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆... 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁? Welcome to my fanfiction of Steven Universe: The Movie. The movie was released in 2019, and I wrote this story in 2022. Since then, I've been revising it, as my previous version had a lot of flaws - so please enjoy! 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗥! Steven Universe and all its characters belong to Rebecca Sugar and its respective owners - I claim no ownership over any of it. This is a reader-insert story set during the events of Steven Universe: The Movie. The core plot follows the film, but I've added a reader-insert character and original scenes throughout to weave her into the story as it happens. Please don't repost or copy this work elsewhere. If I find it's been taken without permission, I'll be requesting it be taken down. The watermark on the cover exists only to mark this particular telling as mine - it isn't a claim over the original film, its characters, or its events.

Lapis x fem!reader "To understand Emotions"
Status:finished Ah, Lapis Lazuli. A beautiful gem with a kind, fun heart. You never thought you'd understand the human emotion 'happiness' until you met Lapis. You never thought you'd understand any 'emotion', to be honest. Up until now, you just couldn't understand. You didn't understand fusions and emotions. You had spent a eternity serving Yellow Diamond as a entertainer. Despite not understanding emotions, you loved her. She was your Diamond and no matter how much abuse she hurled at you, you had loved her more than anything.. Then she handed you down to her sister, Pink Diamond. Even though it had hurt you that she abandoned you, you had still thought things would be fine.. Until one day, people realized you were broken. They found out that you didn't understand fusing or emotions and said "well, as a entertainer you need to understand the acts you're performing! And a entertainer should be happy! It's part of their job! It's all a Tanzanite is!" And were going to shatter you.. Or so they thought. This story takes place sometime when season 5 is nearing it's end (I do not own the art used in the book. All rights go to the creators of the artwork.) (All rights to characters go to Rebecca Sugar. The only character that is mine in this book is Tanzanite and the fusion gems involving Tanzanite.)Complete
