Before the War of Cybertron, Startrix Pax, cursed as a part-Quintesson, was kept in a cell where she could not control her emotions. 

Soon her Quintesson powers turns her into Vortex Pax, the evil side of her, and it made her the Temptress of Destruction in the War.

After the War, when Startrix's sparkmate left her mistakenly at her false attitude, Vortex took form out of her body as her evil clone nicknamed The Malevolent Shadow. It had been long since she had threaten her clone to kill her and disappear. 

Now that Vortex has returned to kill her, The Lost Neutral has no choice but to stop her evil clone once and for all. Can Startrix kill Vortex when Quintessa, who is helped by Vortex, who cursed Startrix, is around to kill her, the Autobots, and the planet Earth?

Feeling sympathy for his plight, she provided Drift some shelter and nursed him back to health. However in doing so Penelope is now caught up in the crossfires of a battle between flesh and metal including old enemies who want to properly tie up loose ends. Drift vows to keep Penelope safe, but that's easier said than done when you have to deal with a dishonourable bounty hunter and the threat of extinction looming on the hortizon.
