Astrid Castellan has scars from her past. Scars which involve her family and a handful of fears which she needs to learn to overcome, but how can she get over her fears when her dead family follows her everywhere she goes and reminds her of the night it happened?

Hunter Evans is the boy everyone fears in school. He is always seen punching either a locker, punching bag or a face. Coming from a wealthy family and being isolated by his parents that are never around, Hunter needs to learn how to love someone. Astrid may be the only one who can help him because of how she peaked his interests on the first day he saw her, but how is he supposed to find love from a girl who's trying running away from her deceased loved ones and hoping she never loves anyone else ever again?

Add the fact that Hunter may or may not be involved in the city murders which have Astrid hoping she never runs into whoever is responsible for killing innocent people and you'll be sure that Astrid will be taking the next flight to the moon once she finds out.
