Detective Alix Caine doesn't want to go to Avignon, France. Not really. Still, it's better than being stuck in Paris with her annoying supervisor pestering her to solve cases. Who knows? Maybe she needs a break. But when people start getting murdered after going to a conference (the very same convention that Alix went to), she realizes that relaxing is out of the question.
