Kira Wayne live in Gotham. She is Bruce Wayne's older sister. She is a clever and strong girl, but her life is broken, after her little brother Bruce is born, her father Thomas Wayne started to beat and abused her.
He had abused and beat Kira since she was six.
She try to tell her mother and brother, but they didn't believe her, she try to go to the police, but her father found her and he told the police that she didn't have any friends and she just wanted attention, the police believe in Thomas and not her.
Kira's only light in the darkness is her boyfriend Jerome Valeska from the circus.
When Kira had just turned five, her and her parents visit the circus for the first time. There she met a five year old ginger hair boy, name Jerome Valeska, they got along well and every since that day, they had been close.
He is the only one that understand her and knows what she is going through. He is the only one she really trust.
Kira and Jerome are planning about running away together.
But one day Jerome is arrested for killing his own mother. He later escapes from Arkham Asylum and is reunited with Kira.
Now Jerome's and Kira's plan is to rule over Gotham together.
