A soul, wishing to be free of its confines. A kingdom, harsh and unwilling to unlock the chains.

Davian was taken from his home from a young age, forced to be a slave due to his half-breed heritage. Half-breeds are seen as abominations, but he doesn't let that stop him as he tries to avoid getting into too much trouble.

However, one night, the castle is attacked and Davian is forced off of a cliff with his owner's son,  Prince Cayden. 

Lost in the large dense forest, found and obtained by rebel half-breeds wishing to free their kind, and stuck with a surly prince who is kind one moment, and strange the next. 

What'll happen when Davian begins to realize his unforeseen feelings towards the prince? What happens when Prince Cayden reveals his true self, a kind man who just wants to get away from all the political crap? Would they be forced apart from fate's cruel hands? Or will they surpass the cruel fingers of law, and finally free the half-breeds?

About updates, I wish I could say I will be posting at least once a day but I know that won't be true because I'm currently editing my book that I am publishing this summer (2020) and this story is more of just a de-stressor (is that a word) so the grammar and writing, especially the tense (it will most likely flip between present and past tense, just pretend it is all the same) might not be perfect, but I just felt like writing it.
