Adam is an outcast. He tries to spend as much time as possible away from home because he knows what his dad will do to him when he gets there. Seems pretty cruel, right? A father beating his son at every opportunity he has? Well, do you want to hear something even worse? Adam believes he deserves it. Do you want to know why? Well, too bad. He refuses to talk about it. He lives in a world of secrecy, lies, and guilt, and he is barely getting by. It would be nice to say that everything changed when he met Quinn, but it didn't. At least not at first.
