This short story is about the perspective of a woman named Niya who is the main character. Niya moved out of her old neighborhood away from her family and old friends, choosing new surroundings and a new life. Her family didn't give her much attention nor love when she was younger so it lowered her value for herself, including past experiences when she felt used to feeling more confident in herself and when socializing. She thinks that by moving, it'll be a new start for everything, maybe even hopefully meeting new people who can fulfill her loneliness, and do more. Sometimes, her sadness gets a hold of her and causes her to lack motivation sometimes, especially on preparing her new house. She enjoys nature and prayer quite a lot because it calms her down with the beauty of it. She got a bit used to most of her surroundings. She also dreams to become a cook, having a heavy passion for cooking food. Later on in the short story, She faces a terrible injury that needs to be taken care of by a professional. Without background information, after her injury heals, she needs to decide whether she wants to go back to her house or stay "home" ... was it really an inconvenience..?

Imagine, just for a second, let's imagine you end up somehow travelling into your favourite book. Then you started working your magic and you cosy up to the male lead who was supposed to get you killed or you make the demon lord fall in love with you so he can protect you from your imminent death. And woah you got your happy ending. But now let's imagine a completely different scenario where you end up in a book you read like 10 pages of (including the ending). And you find yourself literally dropped into the lap of a psychopathic rival who enjoys just a teeny bit of bloodshed. He's also the guy who killed your favourite character and not to mention you. But then you hold on for a second because you realise you're not dead and he wants to use you as an immortal tool to sharpen his aim. Well that's the story I ended up living in. And I've got one request from Mr. Villain over there, please spare me!

After I suddenly died I possessed the body of what I thought was an extra within a novel. From then on my life was mostly calm, though not fulfilling. Protagonists, the most important characters in stories. They're the ones that are supposed to save the world and be a symbol of hope for humanity, the ones that can defeat anything in their way if they want to, the ones whom the reader wants to win and succeed... ...Well atleast thats how a good heroic protagonist should be. I wrote three novels after dropping out of college at 20 years old. My first novel was a disaster, boring characters, recycled plot, and a protagonist so rude even I wanted to punch them. The next two? Absolutely amazing and really well-liked. I was ready to quit writing for good when i suddenly got hit by a car and woke up in someone else's body, someone i don't recognize at all, who goes to the exact same school from my first novel. Yeah. That happened, i'm screwed. Great. Now I'm stuck in a world full of arrogant, clueless students. Why couldn't i have entered one of my better stories?! And if that's not enough, the soul of this body won't stop yelling at me to "give their body back", as if i could do that, while a tiny version of them sits on my left shoulder and a tiny version of my 19 year old self from my past life rides the right shoulder. What even is happening anymore? Sigh...
