It had been years since Eijiro Kirishima had moved away from his home. The home that had so many memories, like the ones of him and his old best friend Katsuki Bakugou. Eijiro would be lying if he said he didn't miss the other even though Katsuki was a bit rough on everyone in Middle School. He would like to see him again, maybe even have a reunion with all of his old friends. His life had been getting better and better with each day and Eijiro thinks nothing could ever bring him down.

But when an intruder breaks into his home, he can't believe the words that come out of their mouth.

The land the two boys live in is unkind and ruled by a cruel King, one who gets pleasure by watching others pain. In a fit of cruelty this King throws the boys headfirst into a chain of fights for survival. The two must do their best to survive, and do, but what happens when the King noticed the friendship- and maybe more- blossoming between the boys.
