She raised her chin, looking out over the men gathered around her. They were weak. For too long they had sat in their houses and squandered their riches at the expense of others.
Too long.
"I'm going to remind them." She uttered as a shape loomed from the shadows, fangs bared to catch the firelight. The Nobles drew back in fear at the sight of the dragon. He blocked the light of the moon, eyes shining bright as he opened his maws.
"And I shall start with you." The Elf Mage whispered and as the men before her began to realize their fate, flames spilled forth from Dracul's jaws.
Their screams of torment echoed in her ears but Morwen turned, scaling up her companion's foreleg to perch between his shoulders. She watched, unflinching, as her enemies, the enemies of her people, were burnt alive.
