In an intense battle with Lotor, Voltron is disbanded and Pidge sacrifices herself to save the rest of the team. She is captured by the Galra and is kept prisoner. Soon she is facing more than just physical pain, as her sanity starts to fade and she is forced to fight for her fading sanity as well as her life during the lethal and virtually impossible Galra trials.
