It's the year 3018 on June the 17th. I walk out of my bedroom and am greeted by my sister and my dad screaming at the top of their lungs HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY NAMI!!! Both of them wearing large black leather coats so I assume it's cold out side. I grin at my sister and we walk down the stairs while dad babbles on about how mum would have loved to be here today, even though our mum died of a brain tumour when we were 16. When we get to the kitchen there is a small Icing coated cake sitting on the bench the only problem was that I wouldn't have time to try it because I was already late for my initiation every person on their 18th birthday has to go to an intiation ceremony camp to show that we are now independent. Personally I think it's stupid I am going to be gone for 6 months away from my family, I don't want to leave my family here with all the drones scanning our area looking for someone to snatch up and take away un announced. I run out the door.
