*this is a re-write of my first story* 

All is fair in love and war. Right? Wrong. It's how Mariko felt when she realised she was left to drown in the loneliness brought upon by the coldness of the night and the depressing moonlight, surrounded by lifeless bodies and inhaling the stench of blood. 

Had she expected it to turn out this way? In a way, she had. She had expected something bad to happen, but she had hoped it wouldn't be the case. 

Read the book to take part in the love story of Uchiha Itachi, a notorious criminal and traitor to the Hidden Leaf Village, and an innocent girl, who couldn't help but develop feelings for him, until that fateful night. How will their story progress? 

*I mentioned this is a re-write however the plot of the fic will be partially/entirely different than the original fic. I only kept the main character, but with some changes.*

After meeting her the Hokage allows her to be in the ninja academy. The Hokage takes a bet on this little girl will she be an enemy or a great ally? Her only problem isn't just fitting in. Scared and mourning her losses. She meets people the kindness they show her is unknown and comforting compared to her very lonely past. Her adventure begins! I finished the story recently and I left a lot of cliff hangers or gaps in her past and a ending that isn't ideal. If I revise, I will fix that and probably change the end. However don't expect magnificence from this story. Criticism is greatly appreciated. I didn't create the cover. All rights of Naruto go to the owner

Her hips swayed as she made her way to his bed. Sasuke couldn't help but lick his lips. He pulled off his shirt and threw it across the room. Sasuke rushed over to Hinata's side, admiring her voluptuous figure. He really was in love with his future wife. He began to place kisses across her jaw, "I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you." Life is an odd creature. Sometimes the expected turns out to be unexpected, and other times it's the other way around. When you add two time travelers from the future, a former avenger, and a princess of compassion, playing with timelines might turn perilous. He would never expect her to be his future, and she would never expect him to be hers. Maybe they're not meant to be together, but maybe they are. Perhaps they only need to be prodded. Perhaps two passengers are required. This is either a story of true love or a jumble of feelings. I don't own Naruto, otherwise what would I do with ninjas?
