The Girl With the Sparkling Brown Eyes (A Darry Curtis Love Story)

Debbie Foster just moved to Tulsa Oklahoma to get away from Texas. She had always wanted to go to college but she couldn't afford it. One night her she got home and her parents were arguing. She decided that it was time for her to leave. After all, she is 19. She went to her room and packed her bags. Her mother and father begged her to stay and told her they would stop fighting, however, Debbie knew it was a lie.

She hated to leave her little sister, but she had to get away. But maybe she doesn't leave her sister behind after all...

When she gets to Tulsa, she realizes that she has no place to stay. She has money to by a house just no idea where to go. As she's driving around town, she starts to get lost in a run down neighborhood. Unfortunately the gas tank becomes empty. However, her care stops right across the street from the Curtis house.

She walks to the door to ask for help and that's when she sees him.
