A sweet family of four move away from the big city and onto a charming farm. The acres of tall wheat need to be cut down, but when they are a small playhouse is found. It was cute and just needed a little cleaning up, so they get right to work.
While their parents work on fixing up everything in the house, the two siblings play happily in their new sancuary. Even though strange and slighly scary things happen inside and around it. Soon those "slightly" scary things turn into something much different.
It's almost like someone already lives in the little playhouse.
