When 23 year old Ava Monroe decides to abandon her life in America and move to Italy for as long as her heart desires, all she wants is to start and finish the book she has been struggling to write for so long while looking down from a perfect balcony to the life of Italy unravelling beneath her. 

But what can someone that doesn't believe in love fill a book with? What could she possibly write that moves her in a way that nothing else can ever do? 

Perhaps, in more ways than one, a handsome stranger can alter her world-view throughout the roller coaster of her visit which changes her beliefs forever.
