Casius Blackwell always had a strange sense that he was different from everyone because of his strange eyes. He always questioned his dad but it was the same response over and over so he gave up.
It's not until years later a week before his 17th birthday that strange things start happening when he starts questioning things again. His father tells him some tall tale about a place named Locotus...
Of course he thinks his dads delusional but on his birthday something crazy occurs and he's suddenly wondering if maybe he should've listened to his dad...especially when he meets his new Mistresses that he supposedly has to serve.
