Her whole life Summer Witmer has wanted to be different. Something other than who she's been made to be…

Although the concept of a rogue is utterly horrifying Summer has spent her whole life... Envying them. They can make their own choices, love who they wish, marry who they want…

Summer is the daughter of one of the most powerful alphas in the world, even her own mother cowers behind him. In Summers life, there are no choices, if something has been decided for you, you go with it. However, he's now asked for too much: her Father has demanded a proposal, that she be married to Henry Lukas, a man in a similar position as her.

With the upcoming war, everyone is rushing to arrange the wedding, everyone except Summer. When the war leaves a stranded, injured, rogue at Summers doorstep she can't help but nurse him. With the urgency of the wedding, and the angst of her life altogether Summer is grateful for an escape and that might just be exactly what he is... An escape.
