Alyssa had it all. Spoiled maybe. Loving family more like. Alyssa woke up on a fine day in Chicago to find out she wasn't in Chicago anymore. She meets new friends, new people. Finds out what happened the day her mother died and in the mean time finding herself. A special gene was given to her the day her mother died. She knows not what it is but she knows someone else who has the similar gene. So join Alyssa and her friend Tracey, as hero's arise and new genes are created, finding love and peace, out there and within ones self. A piece of the prologue: "Alyssa!? Alyssa!" I heard my mother scream, my hand slipping through her finger tips. My heart pounding. As dizzy as I felt I stood as the mob engulfed me. Pushing me, moving me out of their way. Panic struck me, I fell again with another nudge. Banging my head. Unconscious. Thriller/Mystery/Romance Rated: M for Mature. Rated - #1 in BecomingOfAge 4/10/20 This is a super hero story and a detective story. Enjoy. Uploads will be done, when I can. *Slow Updates* Thank you for the support!

He was considered their only success - meaning their illegal tests hadn't killed him or rendered him paralysed, or worse; brain dead. He was subject 254. And he was the only survivor. At least until she - subject 391 - moved into the cell next door. - - 18th June 2018 - Rank 1 #sciencefiction 17th May 2019 - Rank 4 #romance 22nd Feb 2019 - Rank 1 #superpowers -- ** NOW COMPLETED**
