This "story" is actually a life guide. My goal is to help people who I will probably never meet face and defeat problems like bullying, depression, a new school, and much more. I just want to reach out and say, "I care about your problems, let me help you." Each chapter will tackle a different issue. I will talk about what it really means, how you can help a friend who struggles with these issues, and how you can personally take down the problem to live a long and happy life. Disclaimer: I am not a professional in any of these issues; I'm just trying to help out. I hope that you find this book helpful.

This is a bio about me and what I went through as a child. You see I was abused not just by both parents but my whole family. I know you guys probably heard about all of this before but I want to write this. It will help me forget about my past and let me move on. I was suicidal and I wanted to give up but I didn't. So this is a story of what happened before Ways To Stop Bullying and after it. Journey with me when you see the hell I went through and how I made it out to be the person I am today. To be honest this is something that scares me more than anything in the world by writing this. But I want to and need to. To be warned it will get ugly and it might not look that bad to most people who probably had it worse than me. Hi there, how are you? I hope you're okay. Like the title says, this book is made of pieces of me, sort of like a diary. Each chapter has its topic, message and feeling. I write it as my life goes on, pouring my heart out, mentioning a lot of the past and situations I haven't overcome, voicing my struggles, wins and losses, lessons and pain.
