WIP Epic Fantasy, Post-Apocalyptic YA/New Adult Fictional-Adventure Story. 

This story could be considered a kind of "complete" as I intend to cut it off and parse it into several novels rather than create the 700 page monster I originally intended to a few years back. But it's also a dusty tome that I drug back into the light, so in light of that (he-he) I'd appreciate any and all constructive or deconstructive criticism. Basically, release the dragon or whatever. 

Only five sections have been added but I can release more as the story gains traction or there are specific requests for me to do so.All Rights Reserved

"We have to jump!" i screamed at everyone at the top of my lungs, i looked around to find at least 75% of our group either eaten or eating some one else. i knew i was being too slow in making my decisions, but all i could concentrate on was the sound of my heart beating in my chest. i pulled nicol to the floor and away from the zombie that nearly chewed off her head and watched her send a knife into its head with what seemed no effort at all. Then i turned and moved quicker than i have before to stop the zombie that i saw coming for me from the corner of my eye, i stopped dead in my tracks as my heart sank into the bloody stream of my circulation of life. I realised the zombie i was facing, was Rose...

"Oh come on Captain," the first soldier whines, "You don't have to fuck her, just train her to be obedient. Surely you can control one measly wild human? You are a captain after all. I tend to live in the past sometimes, just can't seem to let things go. this story is about the character I created over years of role play.
