Rainbow Steve's satisfied with his life. He has three great friends: Sabre, Galaxy Steve, and Purple Steve. He might be lacking his powers, but he's been getting along without it for about three to four months.

However, Rainbow Steve is missing one vital thing: his past memories. He can't remember anything from his time before meeting Sabre. While it has never gotten in his way, it would be useful to get them back.

After capturing Memory Steve, the gang has the opportunity to restore not just Rainbow Steve's memories but Galaxy Steve's as well. But of course, as always, the plan gets sidetracked.
