Self care is something that many people struggle with, myself included. So I've decided to post something like a PSA on how to better your physical and mental health. This will include hygiene, exercise, and food tips(For physical), as well as how to deal with anxiety and depression(Both of which I still deal with), stress relievers, balancing school and work, and figuring out how the hell we're supposed to survive in a world obsessed with perfection. 

IMPORTANT
I will not post anything about relationships. While I have what I believe to be good friendships and and family relationships, I feel that I don't not know enough to touch on that topic, so I would go elsewhere for help in that area.
