"If you turn your back to me again, you better be bending over, sweetheart." *** Everyone warns you about boys who go looking for troubles, who have bruised knuckles and split lips, whose eyes are so dark that it seems like they could swallow oceans and come out alive, about the boys who look like danger, but no one warns about boys who stay silent for way too long, or ones with rings under their eyes, boys with sad eyes and boys who whisper things so sweet, so quietly that you wonder if he was an angel. Everyone warns you about the bad boys, but no one seems to warn you about the broken ones. Bar Red was a broken boy who finally finds someone to help mend his scattered pieces. Everyone saw him as the untrustworthy, unstable beast who was more than willing to punch anyone's face in. Swear words and bad habits mixed with smirks and wicked grins are enough to ward anyone off. But, apparently for Clementine, that's exactly what pulls her in. She has no clue what she's getting into but she's about to find out. She wasn't innocent, not by far, but she had dignity, a warm aura, niceness, and stubbornness that could rival a mule. Mix that with Bar's possessiveness and overprotective behavior, some interesting situations will definitely arise. Adding in the fact that Clementine had to tutor Bar for the rest of the school year and his almost instinctual urge to be apart of her life, they are bound to get close. Bar swears, Clementine hates it. He fights, she glares while bandaging up his knuckles. She reads instead of eats and he refuses dinner until she joins him. He is rude and she ignores him until he apologizes. Both, easily, frustrate the other while simultaneously falling into love. Broken boys are the only ones that can fix themselves so will this broken boy manage to do so before he drives away the one girl who wiggled her way past every barrier? This is the story of a broken bad boy clashing with the sad good girl. * #1 in the Red series Stand alone

I began writing this book when I was very young and only a couple years later, I had stumbled across this app again and decided to look at what I created. In my spare time, i decided to edit as much as I could and began to write new chapters. Writing was a little hobby of mine, something that I didn't take seriously as I only wrote for fun. I definitely didn't think that my book would get this many readers!! Thank you to all of you who genuinely took time to read my book. I deeply apologise for keeping you all waiting, and left wondering if I was going ahead with this story or not. Sadly, to all of my readers who was looking forward to reading more of my story. I am sorry to say that I will not be working on this book anymore. Perhaps in the later future Heaven and Blake will make an epic return! However, as of now, their love story remains how it is. Thank you!

Dante leans in, his cool breath against my cheek. “Acceptance is the first step to overcoming misfortune.” Misfortune was a light way of describing my current life. “I got a proposition for you,” he says as I felt a shiver race down my back. I looked at him curiously, “And that would be?” Dante looked over at the far a corner where there were a few classic 1940’s wooden pool tables. “I win, you unwind yourself through whatever measures.” I withheld a smartass response, “And if I win?” “Your misfortune will be no more,” Studying Dante I murmured. “How can you guarantee such a thing?” “Because I’m awesome,” Dante says with a smirk. A handsome half smile, that made me want to press my lips against his. Ugh, I’m dancing with the devil. “Or, are you not so familiar with the game?” “If I choose not to play it’s because one, I have a date and secondly I just don’t want too.” “Or,” adds Dante. “There’s a tiny, mental acquisitiveness that you can’t get rid of when it comes to me, and it makes you want to avoid whatever this is. At all costs." Ding, ding, ding! Dante hit the jackpot. I refused to let it show that he was right on target. Dante continued, starring deeply into my brown eyes. "However, you may simply suck at pool and don’t want to be shamed.” I tried my best to hold in every emotion that was bubbling inside of me. It was a mix of excitement and fear. Hot and cold. Night and day. Such contradictions I can’t think straight. Struggling to hold in my composure, I said meandering pass Dante and towards the pool tables. “I’m a goddess,” He said following behind me, “Cocky little vixen.” “Not cocky,” I said over my shoulders. “I told you, I'm a goddess when it comes to pool. I'm untouchable.” - - - - - Copyright 2014 Shelique Lize and I mean that legally. Cover Art Work is Alan Shaprio This book is rated PG-13, however there maybe strong language and some sexual scenes!

She looks up at me, taking a step forward and smiling slightly, "How can I ever get hurt when I have you here to protect me?" "But you could have gotten hurt," I murmur softly, hanging my head and feeling my shoulders drop, the tension seeping from my body. "No. Stop," She cuts me off sternly but tenderly, "Don't talk like that, Reece. I'm okay, you're okay, we're okay," She speaks softly, reaching her hand up to gently brush her thumb over my cheek, just under the cut that's there. "We're okay," I repeat, taking a small step closer to her. She nods with a small smile, moving her hand down from my cheek and instead placing the palm of her hand on my chest, right over my heart. I know she can feel how fast my heart is beating. I just don't know why it's doing that. ~ Reece Carter is the bad boy of Northwood High. He smokes and he fights. 26 partes Concluida Contenido adulto

Everyone goes through their life-changing days, but no one has it as extreme as Leah Cartlier does. On her first day of being 21, she gets chased down by mafia and falls into quite literally another world, a world she has spent her teenage years fantasising over. Limbo is a normal world -save the fact that it houses the laziest man the world has ever seen. Dante Sparda. Leah is in Dmc heaven as she visits her idols, but one of them takes a particular dislike to her. It is no surprise. He has not been the most sociable of men, and he has no experience with women. He doesn't see a need to. But when Leah appears in his life, he might think differently. And so might Leah. But finding love isn't exactly on the top of the priority list. She wants to get home, and she only has half a year to do so. But maybe through her half a year in Limbo, she might find that she belongs here. And if she isn't careful, she might make the biggest mistake of her life. Would it be the best devilish mistake?
