In this story Bakugo nevered bullied Izuku. Matter a fact he moved away when they were 12.
Bakugo actually loved him and would do anything for him. Izuku was still bullied and beaten every day for being Quirkless. Even the almighty All Might said he couldn't be a hero. He then found out that he indeed had a Quirk it was just not a physical one. This Quirk is a mental Quirk called Analyst. He can analyze any think and point out the strength and weaknesses in anyone Quirk which got him into UA. People then started to treat him like a Villain. There was only one person who liked him but kept it to himself and it was non other then Shoto Todoroki. The bullying, beatings and being called a villain kept coming until he finally snapped.
