On his last deadline, he knew not what to think about, let alone the blank blueprints he was meant to fill in. He preoccupied his time with thoughts of the past, romance, and grief. He thought of the man he'd loved. The man he still loved. He thought of the house he dreamt of having with him. He considered what would make it special for them. He pictured them dancing in their living room. Then, he started to sketch his dreams, thinking of the story that would change his entire life.
