When Neo Shitai was a young boy, living in a family full of villains was a vary normal thing to him, and he loved it. The time he got to spend with his family was all he really wanted. It's a shame that it didn't last vary long.

After the incident Neo was taken in by the league of villains on behalf of his mother and was trained to become a villain, but that's not what Neo wanted, even though he was raised by villains he wanted to be a hero, even if others might not want the same for him.
