Nobody ever paid any attention to John. Just another teenager at another high school where the social elite happen to possess unthinkable powers and abilities. But John has a secret past that threatens to bring down the school's social order - and much more. Fulfilling his destiny won't be easy though. There are battles, frenemies, and deadly conspiracies around ever corner.

To some of you, this story may sound familiar. It is my third person version of the WebToon story title the same thing written by Uru-Chan. Sacred High (Book One: Freshman Year)
Although the world appeared to be normal, one day changes occurred. The 'New Generation' was formed. Young children moving toward highschool started developing abilities. These abilities were the same or shared with gods and mythical creatures. For example one had the abilities of Zeus able to produce lightning, and so on. These were called the 'Irregulars', all sent to 'Sacred High', a highschool created specially for them. This however is not a normal school, as there are no adults around to lead anything. It is run by the students, mainly the Student Council, and forms a battle for survival, survival of the fittest. One day, the supervisors on the outside found something different ... An Irregular Among Irregulars, alias IAI. A young boy that was within the New Generation, yet had no abilities whatsoever. After the entry interview, the youth claimed: "I have no religion or beliefs but my own path." Due to this statement, this youth was titled "The Atheist', put on Sacred High between the rampant gods and myth wielders. Striving to aim for higher popularity ranks to ensure their safety, this was literally a battle to survive and become the strongest. The better your reputation, the less likely anyone would bother you. At the top stands the Student Council, possibly the most rotten out of the school, while at the bottom, the new IAI joins. It's been almost a year and a half since John's old friend Ash had moved to america for her fathers job, she left at the wrong time as a week latter John was betrayed by one of his best friends. He missed Ash everyday since he watched her bored the plane to her new life. Now in his new school, where he plays a cripple, he finds himself falling for the king. But what will happen when Ash makes her grand return, she is a horrible influence on John and extremely sadistic but she cares very much about him. Ash knows of his powers but understands why he doesn't want to use them, she does everything in her power to protect him, as he is her true king. The Puppet Inside // An Unordinary Fanfic
-John has already been traumatized. He's been convinced to hate himself by Keon and been traumatized by his own ability. But what happens if we add a bit more trauma into the mix? Follow John as he deals with not only his original trauma, but also an added layer of trauma from everyone's favorite (surprise: probably most people's least favorite) Orrin. Turns out Keon has been working with Orrin for years! (La Gasp!) and Orrin decided that since John was so powerful, Orrin should make the boy his agent. Year's later John was contacted by Orrin once again and the Joker Arc began. Now, this takes place at the end of season 2, Blyke went into the readjustment course and John was "forced" to contact Orrin once again in order to save Blyke. -Only one of the characters are mine. She is introduced in the chapter 'Leech', all other characters belong to Uru-Chan.
