After Y/n Y/l/n undergoes severe injures the people surrounding her: Tom Holland, Harrison Osterfield, Carson Y/l/n, and Andie McCoy; have to try and live on and adapt to the idea of "what if she doesn't survive this?" Everyone except Carson have slowly lost hope, since the last time they talked to her she acted as though she knew herself her time has come to an end, Carson knows she is a fighter and will fight on, right? Tom comes to the realization that y/n may die he begins to lean on an old lover from his past, in which they both take a journey back in time and explore their lives then and why the now is so important.
