All knight went missing from everyone's sight, out of thin air he was gone. No one saw him leave, no one saw anything. He was completely missing from action.

Inko Midoriya died due to undiagnosed cancer during the first year of training. All Might adopted Izuku since it would be the Bakugo's that would take him in.
