COVID...the pandemic entered our lives, the deadliest in a hundred years and caused a catastrophic change in our lives. It caused serious disruption of the economies all over the world and changed the way that we had lived earlier, drawing us out of our comfort zones. But there is another side of the story too, small as it may appear. It made us introspect and reach out for some of the things in life that we always longed for, but never had the time nor the sufficient will to indulge in, often hiding behind the veil of pretense that we cover around ourselves. One of the most cherished things that emerged out of this dismal scenario is that many of us found the time and the appetite for the company of our most loved ones, chiefly our parents. This is one such story which is my own and is based on facts.......

Curling up with our friends on the couch, cuddling into his side and not having to restrain myself. My want for these things bore into my chest and hurt to think about. To have those things, I’d have to give up my job. I wouldn’t get to see him as often. I wouldn’t get to take care of the five boys I’d come to love so deeply. I’d have to find a new job which would take me even further away from him. Plain and simple, these things I wanted I could never have.” Extremely Mature. As a small boy no one really knew him. He was constantly moving from city to city he felt alone. His mom and dad split only when he was a baby so he didn't know his father and didn't really care but his mother passed so he lived life alone. He moves again but little did he know it would be the last time they moved for a while. He got jobs to keep him in a small apartment and food on his table. A girl who seems to know things about everyone sees him and don't know who he is. She seen him around But doesn't know a thing about him and wants to know exactly who he is. She watches him from a far but what happens when he finds her at every place he goes.

I was tiered of my life. I was never happy, and I hadn’t been for a long time. I just couldn’t get that night out of my mind. It haunted me in daytime, it haunted me at nighttime. And if I ever did get the memories out of my head, even if it was just for a moment, some idiot would have to come up and ask me about that night. So really I had no choice but to leave. I was only gone for a couple of weeks, but my life changed completely.
