Over the span of centuries, the Calamity Natives encounters with conquerors, tyrants, opposing threats, and the people fighting amonst themselves, among other things, eventually led the great civilization into a downfall; yet still, the sovereignty of Calamity Falls and as a result, Wisconsin was kept was intact throughout the ages.
Decades after a time in history known as the 'Silver Age' the present day Calamity Falls exists as a capital city within an alternate Wisconsin. In it is the story of Vincent Vega, his friends, and a relationship with his supernatural ex-girlfriend; Veronica.
After being cast to an underworld called The Narrow, Vincent travels the dark depths in search of his way back home to the world above.
